It’s probably the sign she learned quickest of all: dulce. Sweet.
Everytime she gets the sign right she gets something sweet. And that’s a big deal for someone with no sense of smell and only basic taste-spectrum. Like all children Dácil loves sweet. Ice cream, chocolate, cakes, lollypops…
The disadvantage is that now, instead of signing “eat” when she’s hungry, she signs “dulce”. Skip the foreplay and go directly to dessert!
